Clinical Consultant
This position is responsible for providing training to office and clinical staff on the use of the CPS-Clinical product. Thorough knowledge of EMR software and physician office procedures is required. Travel Required: 50% – 75%.

Candidates must have 2-5 years of physician office experience, clinical experience preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred. Proficiency in all applications of Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsible for observing physician office workflow, customizing a training plan to fit their needs, and executing the training plan.
• Create accurate software documentation for review by the Director of the    Account Management Dept. and other EMR team members
• Responsible for reporting all technical software issues encountered during    consulting / training time to software support department
• Responsible for performing telephone, classroom, and on-site training
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of new updates to the software
• Responsible for documenting the training process with customers and    reporting all information back to director
• Responsible for confirming training with customers prior to scheduled    training session
• Responsible for communicating all client information to other team    members
• Perform all other duties as assigned

CPS-Financial Trainer
This position will provide training to office staff on the use of Practice Management products. Thorough knowledge of Practice Management software and billing office procedures is required. Travel Required: 50% - 75%

Major responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing Classroom Training Sessions.
• Responsible for performing Onsite Training at the customer’s office.
• Responsible for performing Telephone Training sessions with Customers.
• Responsible for remaining abreast of new updates to the software.
• Responsible for keeping Product Documentation current.
• Responsible for performing Staff Training Sessions on updates to the    software.
• Assist Support department when needed with support issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
