Final Support, Inc. Acquires Amarillo Software and Services Organization

Fort Worth, Texas – January 20, 2004 –Final Support, Inc., a leader in providing software and services to physician practices across the southwest, announced today the acquisition of Quorum Innovative Solutions for Healthcare, of Amarillo, Texas.

Quorum has been in business since 1999, offering GE Centricity Physician Office Practice Manager (formerly Millbrook) software to physicians, along with training and support services. The acquisition of Quorum will allow Final Support to provide support and training services to Quorum’s client base of over 44 physicians, as well as provide additional software solutions and services to new clients in the panhandle region. Final Support will also market upgrades, electronic medical records solutions and software support to all GE/Millbrook clients in the Amarillo and Lubbock areas.

Final Support is excited about their partnership with Quorum and is pleased to add to their organization the expertise of a long-time Centricity support and sales professional. Lori Provence, former owner and President of Quorum Healthcare, played a significant role in growing the business since acquiring the company two years ago. She will be responsible for the panhandle region. Provence brings years experience in sales and service of the Millbrook product line.

Final Support provides automation solutions exclusively for healthcare providers. They currently service over 1800 doctors across the southwest region.
