Final Support, Inc. Merges with San Antonio Software and Services Organization

Fort Worth, Texas – February 15, 2004 – Final Support, Inc., a leader in providing software and services to physician practices across the southwest, announced today they will be merging with iMED Solutions of San Antonio/ Houston, Texas.

iMED Solutions has been in business since 1991, offering GE Centricity Physician Office Practice Manager (formerly Millbrook) software to physicians, along with training and support services. The merger with iMED will allow both companies the ability to offer extended support and training services to iMED’s client base of over 350 physicians, as well as provide additional software solutions and services to new clients in the central Texas region. With Final Support, iMED will market electronic medical records solutions, practice management software and software support to all physicians in the San Antonio, Austin and Houston areas.

Final Support is excited about their partnership with iMED Solutions and is pleased to add to their organization the expertise of a long-time Centricity support and sales professional. Peter Bauerlein, former owner and General Manager of iMED Solutions, played a significant role in growing the business. He will oversee operations in central Texas at the regional office for Final Support.
