Interface Description:
This is a 1-way interface that sends patient demographics and scheduling
information from Medical Manager to SRS. The information can be
sent based on a schedule (every 5 mins, every hour, or once a day).
The information can also be sent via a Medical Manager custom menu
or by a Medical Manager hot key.
What fields transfer:
Patient Demographics. • Patient ID • Patient Name (Last,
First, MI) • Patient Address
(City, State, Zip) • Patient DOB • Patient SSN • Patient Phone • Referring Physician • Primary and Secondary
Insurance Carrier Names
Appointments. • Appointment Date
and Time • Appointment Type • Appointment Reason • Appointment Cancelled
Automatic: (default every 15 minutes)
The interface transfers the appointments and patients across based
on when they are scheduled for an appointment. Patient demographics
are transferred for patients that have an appointment yesterday,
today or tomorrow.
Information about the associated referring physicians also gets
transferred across to SRS.
