Data Preloads
Our goal for transitioning your medical practice to Centricity Practice Solution is little or no loss in clinic revenue. In order to accomplish this goal, your new Centricity database must contain as much information as possible to minimize the amount of bulk data entry you must do during go-live. That’s where “preloaded database” come into play.
The developers at Final Support can import just about any type of information from your old system and data sources. This information includes (i) administrative tables for CPT codes, ICD codes, fee schedules, insurance companies; (ii) demographic tables including patient addresses, guarantor information, insured IDs; (iii) active tables such as future appointments, balance forwards, line item conversions; and (iv) clinical data such as past medications, allergies, progress notes, scanned images. All of this preloaded saves the clinic time and money when the time for go-live comes around.
Interfaces
The Business Development Department has written just about every type of interface you can image. These interfaces include legacy products to new products, lab interfaces, device interfaces, translation tables, crosswalks, and both standard and non-standard HL7 interfaces.

Productivity Tools
The last area of expertise exhibited by the Business Development Department is in the creation of productivity tools. Final Support has written a number of financial reporting tools that help the clinic manage its business. Our MBA reports can help a clinic spot trends in accounts receivables, patient encounters, payments, charges, and E&M coding. Our collection analysis reports provides insight into collection ratios, reimbursement rates and how these important metrics are trending. Our team collection reports help direct a clinic’s collection activity toward working A/R in a very proven, methodical manner. Our motto in the Business Development Department is “see a need, fill it.” Two such examples of filling needs are Mobility and Ideal Image. Mobility is a hand-held charge capture and clinical summary product. Mobility runs on any Internet based device (i.e. smart phone or PDA) and gives the mobile physician access to rounds lists, appointment lists, clinical summaries and the ability to refill or write remote prescriptions. Ideal Image is a document imaging product that integrates seamlessly with Centricity. It is optimized for remote offices and utilizes bar coding for quickly and efficiently sorting images into Centricity.
